Job summary

Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This role focuses on servicing a portfolio of commercial accounts, quoting renewals, and delivering tailored insurance solutions with white-glove service.

The position is primarily remote, with occasional in-office requirements. A P&C license and 1–2 years of relevant experience are required, with 3–8 years preferred. EPIC proficiency is a plus.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Quote new and renewal business, collaborating with carriers and underwriters.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and team members.
• Provide white-glove service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering tailored insurance solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency management system.
• Contribute to the team’s success by supporting colleagues and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience required; 3-8 years preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software or similar systems.
