The Hilb Group in Southborough, MA is seeking a motivated Commercial Lines Associate Account Manager to join our in-office team. You will assist with policy processing, endorsements, certificates, and service-related activities while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and strong carrier relationships.

Responsibilities include managing renewal/expiration activity, reviewing loss information, and negotiating renewal pricing when needed.

Qualifications

• High School degree required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills via phone or email.
• Superior listening skills and ability to identify customer needs.
• Self-directed with time-management and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient PC skills; knowledge of AMS360 insurance software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to support projects and workflow execution.
• Act as liaison between customer and carrier to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship.
• Handle renewal/expiration list for the assigned book of business; review loss information; obtain updated information; renewal applications; and negotiate renewal pricing when necessary.
• Maintain knowledge of all company systems and offerings.
