Job Title: Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager

Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
- Accompany Producers on client visits, including renewals and new business, and independently manage client meetings.
- Consult and educate clients on coverage, exclusions, and exposures, documenting accounts in the agency management system.
- Round out accounts and secure new lines of business for clients.
- Prepare comprehensive proposals and presentations for new business and renewals, adhering to agency standards.
- Develop tailored placement strategies with carrier partners, including new products and services and unique coverages.
- Conduct coverage and pricing analyses, proactively creating cost and exposure comparisons year-over-year.
- Manage client concerns and maintain positive relationships with carrier partners to meet client needs.
- Ensure adherence to operational procedures and industry regulations on client accounts.
- Train and mentor team members, while actively pursuing professional development and staying updated on industry trends.
- Participate in team meetings, carrier events, and represent the agency in external engagements.
Qualifications
- Must-Have Skills: Active Michigan Property and Casualty license; Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing large and captive commercial accounts; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; Professional designations such as CISR, CIC, CRM; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel.
