Job summary

Redwoods Insurance in Medford, OR is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support a fast-paced, client-focused team. You will manage all aspects of assigned commercial lines accounts, including policy changes, renewals, and coverage updates, while delivering prompt, professional service to insureds and producers.

The role requires an active P&C license and at least 2 years of agency experience, with strong P&C knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• 2+ years of agency experience managing a book of commercial lines business.
• Strong knowledge of P&C coverages and ancillary lines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and compliance skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned commercial lines accounts, including policy changes, certificates, renewals, and coverage updates.
• Provide excellent service by addressing inquiries from insureds and producers promptly and professionally.
• Review contracts and handle lender requests such as refinances, new purchases, and renewals.
• Prepare summaries, proposals, and supporting documents through AMS360.
• Maintain accurate client and coverage information in AMS and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
• Remarket and renew policies as needed in collaboration with producers.
• Reconcile carrier coverage forms, bind coverages, and process billing for renewals, endorsements, and audits.
• Assist with claims intake and coordination with the Claims Department.
• Quote new lines of business for existing clients and assist with new account development.

Key Responsibilities:

• As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring their insurance needs are met with care and accuracy. Your responsibilities will include:
