Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial insurance experience.
• Must have a current P&C insurance license in your state.
• May be located anywhere nationwide but must be able to work PST hours (8-5, M-F).
• Ability to multi-task and ensure no detail gets overlooked.
• Strong understanding of commercial coverages and carrier workflows.
• Organized, proactive, and client-focused.
• Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines professional to join our growing team. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a book of existing commercial accounts, providing proactive renewal management, day-to-day client service, and trusted insurance guidance. This role is relationship-driven, detail-oriented, and essential to delivering the FirstMark experience.
