Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and administrative assistance to CRM and partners.
• Support loan production by collecting and tracking information for risk assessment and underwriting.
• Assist with preparation of written communications and post-close tasks.
• Monitor reporting and identify actions for maturities, insurance, taxes, and renewals.
• Collaborate with CRM, Loan Closers, Underwriter, Doc Prep and outside counsel on loan closings.
