Grove Bank & Trust in Miami, FL is seeking a Lending Associate to support commercial lending activities from application through closing. You will coordinate loan documents, funding, and servicing while delivering excellent client service.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of banking experience, with strong knowledge of lending regulations, documentation, and SQL reporting. You will work closely with bankers and clients.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum five years of commercial banking support or client service in a financial institution.
• Experience with loan review, documentation, client service and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Supports Commercial Bankers with loan portfolio management and closing processes.
• Ensures accurate loan documentation and timely funding.
• Provides world‑class client service throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Coordinates closings with lenders, attorneys, and customers.
• Maintains compliance with state and federal lending regulations.
• Prepares loan packages and reviews for accuracy before delivery.
• Monitors post‑closing documents and reports to management.
