Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience with commercial/agriculture clients is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse clients.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up; able to handle numbers and financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with commercial and agriculture loan origination and related documentation.
• Coordinate loan processes from application to closing; manage calendars and meetings.
• Communicate with clients, lenders, underwriters, and bank staff to gather required information.
• Support loan production and underwriting with requests and financial documents.
• Perform clerical tasks, data entry in loan systems, and help with closings and renewals.
• Contribute to pipeline reporting and participate in team calls and meetings.
