Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably banking experience.
• Strong credit/industry risk analysis, negotiation, and documentation discipline.
• Clear written/verbal communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Originate, structure, underwrite, price, document, and service commercial and consumer credit.
• Develop new business by calling on prospects and existing customers.
• Build referral networks and cross-sell bank products/services.
• Review portfolio performance to improve profitability and align with risk policies.
• Partner with collections on past-due credits and ensure lending activities comply with laws and regulations.
