Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Input new Warehouse Lending loans into the banking core system.
• Advance Dealer Floor Plan lines based on dealer requests.
• Verify payments and payoffs; contact dealers with issues.
• Post payments and payoffs to systems and loans.
• Process daily wires and maintain timely transaction records.
• Communicate with Mortgage Warehouse Lenders, dealers, and customers via email/phone.
• Monitor and report on weekly Dealer Floor Plan activity.
