Job summary

WesBanco, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Specialized Servicing Associate in Maryland. The role involves inputting warehouse lending loans, processing dealer floor plan transactions, and handling payments with a focus on accuracy.

You will communicate with Mortgage Warehouse Lenders, dealers, and customers, monitor reports, and ensure timely onboarding and maintenance of commercial loans. Strong data entry and banking knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Experience in banking or financial institutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input new Warehouse Lending loans into the core system.
• Advance Dealer Floor Plan lines per dealer requests.
• Verify payments and payoffs; contact dealers as needed.
• Post payments and payoffs to systems; maintain processing accuracy.
• Handle daily wires and transfers with timely processing.
• Maintain communication with lenders, dealers, and customers.
