Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Sales Support Specialist (Commercial Lending Assistant) to support loan origination, documentation, and client service within our Commercial Banking team in Greenville, NC. You will coordinate materials for presentations, prepare loan packages, run servicing reports, and help with portfolio reviews while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 4 years' experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Operations.
Experience in commercial loan documentation or lending support is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other office systems.

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing sales support to Lenders, identify cross-sell opportunities, coordinate materials for presentations, and set up sales calls.
Originate and process loan documentation for closings, enter financial information into loan systems, and ensure complete loan packages.
Resolve documentation exceptions, maintain service levels, update financial statements, and prepare files for portfolio reviews.
