Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or GED/Equivalent in Sales, Customer Service, or Operations.
• 4 years' experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Operations is preferred.
• Experience with commercial loan documentation or banking support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing Sales Support: assist Lenders with sales opportunities and materials, coordinate materials for presentations, set up sales calls, and maintain prospect lists.
• Documentation Support: originate and ensure accuracy of loan documentation for closings, input financial information into the loan system.
• Credit Servicing Support: resolve documentation issues, update financial statements, prepare files for portfolio reviews.
• Monitor Past Due Credits: communicate and follow up on past-due accounts to keep them current.
• Customer Service/Office Support: coordinate opening of deposits and banking services with branches, handle customer information requests.
