Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of sales, customer service or operations or commercial lending experience.
• Experience supporting commercial banking clients or loan portfolios is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and financial data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Service & Support: identify sales opportunities and assist clients throughout the sales process.
• Documentation: prepare proposals, service agreements, and implementation forms.
• Data Analysis: compile and interpret financial data to identify trends.
• Product Specialist: assist in pricing and evaluating bank products and services.
