Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 5+ years in lending or related banking exposure.
• Over 10 years' lending-related experience with policy/guidelines exposure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage a commercial loan portfolio.
• Develop and manage commercial and personal deposit accounts for profitability.
• Represent the bank on civic boards and in community activities.
• Assist in budget preparation and department goals.
• Develop an active prospect base to expand loan/deposit base.
• Participate in Officer Call and Sales Integration Programs.
• Support long-term objectives for Commercial Lending.
