Central Bank & Trust Co. in Louisville, KY seeks an experienced Commercial Lender to develop and manage a portfolio of operating companies and key individuals. You will analyze financial statements, structure loans, cross-sell bank services, and monitor repayment activity in line with bank policy.

Candidates should have 2+ years of lending experience or equivalent banking exposure, with strong communication and proven ability to grow loan production within policy.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related area with two+ years’ lending experience or banking exposure to lending policy/guidelines.
• Associate’s degree with five+ years’ lending/banking experience.
• Greater than 10 years’ experience in lending-related positions with policy exposure.

Aufgaben

• Maintains and manages a commercial loan portfolio for operating companies and key individuals, evaluating loan requests and structuring terms.
• Develops and manages commercial and personal deposit accounts for profitability.
• Represents the bank on civic boards and in community activities; conducts presentations on lending topics.
• Assists in budget preparation for the department.
• Develops an active prospect base to expand loan and deposit relationships.
• Participates in Officer Call and Sales Integration programs to grow lending and deposit activities.
• Helps set intermediate goals and long-term objectives for Commercial Lending.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
