Job summary

Central-Bank- in Louisville, KY is seeking an Officer to develop and manage commercial banking relationships in line with bank policies. You will oversee loan requests, analyze financial statements, and structure loans with appropriate rate, term and collateral to stay competitive.

The role also involves growing commercial and personal deposits, representing the bank in civic activities, and supporting budgeting and planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in finance, accounting or related area.
• 5+ years' commercial lending experience in an urban market.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage a commercial loan portfolio, evaluate financial statements, structure loans with rate/term/collateral.
• Develop and manage commercial and personal deposit accounts for profitability.
• Represent the bank on civic boards and in community activities; participate in programs for interns and students.
• Assist in the preparation of the departmental budget.
• Develop and maintain an active prospect base to expand loan and deposit base.
• Participate in Officer Call and Sales Integration Programs to develop new lending/deposit relationships.
• Assist in developing short and long-term goals for the Commercial Lending area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
