Competenze

• 3-5 years of related lending experience; commercial lending experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, related experience, and training.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow, balance sheets, and collateral.
• Ability to assess credit risk and recommend appropriate credit limits.
• Excellent customer service, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple relationships and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

• Generate commercial lending opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and relationships with business owners and professional advisors.
• Analyze financial statements, cash flow, repayment capacity, and collateral to evaluate creditworthiness.
• Manage commercial loan relationships while supporting portfolio quality and profitability.

• Monitor loan and deposit performance and identify emerging credit concerns.
