Job summary

Bell Bank is seeking a Commercial Loan Coordinator to support our Commercial Bankers and customers. This role manages the loan process from application through closing, funding, and booking, ensuring documents are accurate and timelines met.

You will gather and verify due diligence, coordinate with multiple departments, and maintain LOS data integrity, while upholding banking regulations and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance or related field.
• Commercial lending experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to commercial customers and Bankers.
• Coordinate loan process from application to closing and funding.
• Collect and verify documentation and enter data into LOS.
• Ensure compliance with OFAC, Reg B, flood, and banking regs.
• Prepare and ship documents; assist in loan closings.
