Job summary

Bell Bank seeks a Commercial Loan Coordinator to support our Commercial Bankers and customers throughout the loan lifecycle. You will gather documentation, coordinate with lenders, and ensure accurate entry into LOS, with a focus on timely processing and customer service.

You’ll work in a fast-paced team, manage multiple tasks, and help maintain compliant loan files from application to closing, funding, and booking. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or similar field; or equivalent amount of experience in the finance or banking industry.
• 2-4 years of commercial banking support experience.
• Knowledge of and experience with commercial lending and banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to commercial customers and Bankers.
• Assist with commercial loan process by collecting due diligence and documents for review.
• Maintain and monitor loan portfolio, including documentation, billing, and reporting responsibilities.
• Support daily functions of the Commercial Banking team and coordinate with Bankers and Loan Closers.
