Frontier Farm Credit is seeking a Processing Specialist to prepare Retail Installment Contracts, loan and lease documents, and to analyze lien searches and related paperwork for signature. You will maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring accuracy and timely service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has several years of commercial lending experience and a keen eye for detail, delivering quality work while adhering to company policies and compliance

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of commercial lending experience.
• Knowledge of financial principles and their application to credit delivery.
• Fundamental understanding of credit extension and administration processes.

Responsabilités

• Prepare RIC, loan and lease closing documents and related lien-perfection paperwork.
• Analyze lien searches, notate findings, and prepare subordination agreements or UCC-3 as needed.
• Answer questions on eligibility, document preparation, and lien searches as a subject matter expert.
• Review document packages for completeness and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Deliver document packages to customers and dealers via DocuSign or preferred method.
• Review and document equipment title work.
