Farm Credit of Southern Colorado is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support loan administration and document management. You will review appraisals, prepare loan and collateral perfection documents, and communicate updates to loan officers.

The role requires strong organization, multi-tasking, and familiarity with loan terms. The organization emphasizes a collaborative culture with benefits including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and parental leave.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business administration, finance or agricultural related field.
• Notary Eligible
• General knowledge of legal, loan and real estate terms and definitions.
• General knowledge of agricultural terms and verbiage.
• General knowledge of financial terms and verbiage.
• Ability to learn and apply standard processes and procedures.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.

Responsabilités

• Process assigned new loans and servicing actions.
• Generate accurate loan and collateral perfection documents.
• Prepare emails to summarize changes and questions to loan officer.
• Determine documentation required to perfect loan terms and collateral.
• Record releases of liens and servicing actions as needed.
• Coordinate with Operations on release of vehicle liens and stock assignments.
• Review and update electronic loan systems.
• Prepare and send letters enclosing retired loan documents.
