Job summary

American AgCredit seeks a part-time professional to manage the document preparation process for mortgage and commercial loans. You will draft and review loan documents, perform lien perfection, and coordinate with lenders and staff to expedite processing in a centralized loan documentation department.

The role requires knowledge of loan documentation, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work under time constraints.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma plus at least two years of post-high school education.
• Demonstrated ability to generate accurate work and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of legal loan documentation practices preferred.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review mortgage and commercial loan documents.
• Draft and assemble master agreements, notes, and security documents.
• Ensure closing conditions and controls are reflected in documents.
• Review trust certifications and entity documentation for signers.
• Analyze appraisal and title information to verify collateral.
• Communicate with branches and staff to resolve documentation issues.
• Assist with escrow instructions and post-close conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
