• Interview applicants to determine business or consumer needs and repayment ability.
• Obtain and direct analysis of financial data and conduct credit checks.
• Take banking relationships through credit, deposit, and ancillary bank products processes.
• Grow loan portfolio and achieve loan production, deposit, and referral goals.
• Cross-sell deposit products, cash management referrals, and other internal partnerships.
• Perform outside calling and document activity in CRM.
• Assist customers with routine platform services and address requests.
• Work with customers to correct loan exceptions as needed.
• Represent First Guaranty Bank in the community and adhere to BSA/AML policies.
