Job summary

OUCU Financial in Lancaster, OH seeks a Commercial Lender to build and sustain relationships with business members and prospective borrowers. You will identify loan opportunities and explain options, while collecting financials and evaluating feasibility of loans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 3 to 5 years of financial institution lending experience, with commercial lending strongly preferred.
• Experience in financial product sales with knowledge of laws and regulations governing business and consumer lending practices.
• Clear communication, sound judgement, with a member-first approach.

The pay range for this position starts at $61,318 annually, with relevant education and experience considered in determining the starting pay rate. This position also earns commission monthly based on production, and we do not put any cap or maximum on the amount of commission the successful candidate can earn.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 3 to 5 years of financial institution lending experience, with commercial lending strongly preferred.

• Must travel to meet members and occasionally attend events outside of regular business hours.
