You will manage lease data, financial reconciliations, and critical dates across a large commercial real estate portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in commercial lease administration or related real estate experience.
• Experience reviewing and reconciling operating expenses, CAM charges, insurance, and property taxes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Review, abstract, update, and maintain lease information in internal systems.
• Manage lease-related documents and file organization (electronic and physical).
• Review invoices against lease requirements and verify supporting documentation.
• Monitor and validate financial obligations under lease agreements.
• Analyze CAM, insurance, and real estate tax charges per lease terms.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate resolution with landlords.
• Assist with subtenant administration, rent tracking, and invoicing.
• Communicate lease obligations and inquiries with internal and external partners.
• Review estoppels and SNDAs for lease-term consistency.
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare financial and critical date reports and assist process improvements.
• Support special projects and portfolio administration initiatives.
