Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is seeking high-potential graduates for its Commercial Leadership Rotational Program in the U.S. The three-year program includes three 12-month rotations across Project Management, Product Management, Segment Sales Development and Applications Engineering, exposing you to product lifecycle stages and cross-functional teamwork.

Participants gain hands-on experience in product design, manufacturing, strategy, and customer applications, with a clear path to a full-time role

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Graduation date of May 2027.
• Strong technical foundation with demonstrated technical acumen and problem-solving ability.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and in team environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical and business data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and identify areas for improvement.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and accountability.
• Must successfully establish employment eligibility and complete all required pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across Project Management, Product Management, Segment Sales Development and Applications Engineering.
• Support planning, execution, and coordination of cross-functional projects.
• Contribute to project schedules, status reports, and risk assessments.
• Analyze performance data to identify improvements and cost savings.
• Engage in customer-facing initiatives and strategic planning activities.
• Support product strategy, roadmap development, and business case preparation.
• Develop customer solutions and technical quotations; participate in customer visits and training.
