Upfront Plumbing Drains Heating and Air is seeking an experienced Commercial Lead HVAC Tech to lead a talented team and deliver hands-on work in Utah Valley, UT. The role runs 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with optional dispatch from home and flexible job-site scheduling.

You will service, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems, read blueprints, and guide your crew to high-quality results. A take-home vehicle and excellent benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to provide your hand tools.
• Vaid driver's license

ABOUT THIS JOB

Our Commercial Lead HVAC Tech works 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday with some flexibility depending on the job and location. You can dispatch from home and don't have to report to the office before starting your day.

You're responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining our clients' commercial heating and air conditioning systems. Following blueprints, you lead your team in completing exceptional work and servicing all kinds of equipment. You use a range of tools to get the job done, provide great customer service, and make sure your team fully cleans your work area before heading out to the next job.
