Job summary

ABT Mechanical in Utah seeks an Experienced HVAC Service Technician to service residential and light commercial systems. You will maintain comfort for customers while upholding ABT's long-standing standards of quality and professionalism.

Requirements include 2+ years in HVAC service, EPA and RMGA certified, NATE Core and Specialty certifications, and the ability to work from ladders and lifts. Willingness to invest in tools and training and strong communication with homeowners.

Your Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Weekends, Overtime and Evenings on occasion, based on customer needs)

On-call/afterhours rotation is also part of the role.

What's Expected in this Role:

As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll service and maintain Residential and Light Commercial HVAC Systems. You'll play a key part in ensuring our clients' comfort while upholding the high standards of quality and professionalism that have defined ABT Mechanical for decades.

Needed Skills and Qualifications for this Role:

• 2+ Years of HVAC Service/Maintenance Experience
• Valid Driver's License and an Insurable Driving Record
• EPA and RMGA Certified
• N.A.T.E Core and Specialty Certifications
• Experience with More Complex Sheet Metal Fittings
• Willingness to invest in Tools and Service Training
• Ability to Work from Extension and Step Ladders
• Professional Appearance and Positive Attitude at All Times
• Strong Communication Skills with Homeowners, Supervisors, and Other Trades
• Leadership Potential, and Responsibility in Your Role
• Ability to Operate Scissor Lifts and Genie Lifts Safely
• Experience with Service Titan Software is Preferred, but not Required
