Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, local building codes, and safety regulations.

• Maintain detailed service records and documentation of work performed.

Requirements

• 8+ years as a commercial HVAC technician with expertise in boilers, chillers, and cooling towers.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, components, and control systems.
• EPA Universal Certification required; additional HVAC certifications preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
