You will work on a fully booked pipeline, receive a company vehicle, and have a clear path to a Lead Installer role within 6–12 months. Paid time off is included, and EPA 608 certification is a valued plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Familiarity installing residential and light commercial systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and mini-splits.
• Ability to work as part of a two-person crew and complete defined tasks independently.
• Maintains a clean, professional appearance and respectful communication with customers.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong commitment to quality craftsmanship and integrity.
• EPA 608 certification is a nice-to-have.

Because our dedicated sales process generates seven to nine sold jobs every single week, we are adding another installation team to handle our growing pipeline. The Opportunity

We are looking for an HVAC Install Technician to join a dedicated two-person crew. In this role, you will focus on high-quality residential and light commercial installations. You will have a guaranteed hourly floor so you never have to worry about slow weeks, plus a commission on every completed job. What Success Looks Like

On a day-to-day basis, you will partner with a Lead Installer to complete full residential replacements, furnace installations, heat pumps, and mini-splits. You will represent our 45-year reputation by keeping work areas clean, communicating clearly with customers, and ensuring the job is done correctly the first time. Over time, success means taking ownership of your projects, building trust with the team, and positioning yourself to step into a Lead Installer role within 6 to 12 months.
