The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and operational excellence, with a track record in commercial landscaping and people management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Landscape Architecture, or Horticulture preferred; candidates with extensive landscape management experience may qualify.
• 10+ years related work experience in commercial landscaping.
• 5+ years people management experience.
• Valid driver license with insurance as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring services meet quality standards.
• Manage and motivate a team of landscape professionals and ensure proper training.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability; maintain client relationships.
