Job summary

General Parts L.L.C. is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment at restaurant locations across multiple states. The role requires driving a company vehicle, delivering prompt service, and minimizing downtime for customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• EPA Certification Required for Refrigeration Techs.
• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License and Driving Record that meets safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Travel to restaurant locations to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment including hot-side appliances, refrigeration, and light HVAC systems.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and provide prompt, reliable service.
• Provide exceptional customer support and communicate clearly with kitchen and management staff.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
