Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration.
• Provide timely status updates on parts and repairs to branch and customer.
• Complete service calls accurately and on time.
• Audit truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
• Ensure service vehicle, tools, and uniforms meet safety standards.
• Meet on call requirements.
