Job summary

Everleap Fertility in the United States is seeking an Integration Manager (Commercial) to lead onboarding and integration of acquired practices, ensuring alignment with clinical and cultural standards while enabling growth across the network.

You will own the commercial integration playbook, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risk, and drive go-to-market alignment for new locations across the East Region, including Boston and Waltham markets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in healthcare commercial operations or related field.
• Experience integrating multiple commercial disciplines (sales, marketing, payer relations).
• Understanding of sales organizations, payer relationships, and marketing in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial integration playbook development and execution for each acquisition.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Sales, Marketing, Payer Relations, and Finance.
• Monitor progress with milestones and escalate risks to leadership.
• Support due-diligence with data on sales, marketing, contracts, and partnerships.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and align sales processes post-acquisition.
