Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commercial Insurance Producer, Broker, or Account Executive.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and risk management concepts.
• Experience generating new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Existing commercial relationships within Berkshire County or surrounding markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of commercial insurance opportunities throughout Berkshire County.
• Build relationships with business owners, executives, and referral partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries.
• Conduct consultative conversations to understand client risks and insurance needs.
• Design and present commercial insurance solutions that align with client objectives.
• Collaborate with account management teams and carrier partners.
• Manage and grow an existing book of commercial business.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients and community partners.
• Stay informed on commercial insurance trends, products, and market conditions.
• Achieve production and growth goals.
