Job summary

You will work under the CL Market Leader to evaluate submissions, suggest markets, and prepare high-quality renewal materials. The role involves inputting data in AMS360, coordinating with carriers and brokers, and maintaining accurate proposals and data reports.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to obtain 2-20 license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Send submissions to carriers and rate quotes for proposals.
• Maintain To Do List to ensure timely processing.
• Attend carrier and Insurance Placement Team meetings.
• Prepare proposals and input data into AMS360 for renewals.
• Input bound premiums/commissions for renewals and request binding.
• Expand AMS360 training and perform follow-ups for marketing.
• Gather loss runs for renewals and review Dec pages for submissions.
• Negotiate renewal quotes with carriers.
