Brown & Brown in Tallahassee, FL is seeking an Insurance Placement Coordinator to support the Insurance Placement Team in placing commercial client programs, renewals and new submissions. You will evaluate submissions, rate quotes, prepare proposals and maintain data in AMS360 and Excel, while building relationships with carriers and producers.

The role requires strong communication, a high school diploma or higher, and willingness to obtain a 2-20 license; proficiency with MS Office is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willing to obtain 2-20 license.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Send submissions to carriers and rate quotes for proposals.
• Maintain To Do List and ensure timely processing.
• Attend carrier and team meetings.
• Prepare proposals and collect data for monthly results.
• Input account details into AMS360 for renewals.
• Input bound premiums/commissions for renewals and negotiate renewal quotes.
