• 5+ years of account management experience.
• Proficient in business software programs.
• Professional designation such as CIC or CPCU, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large, established book of business.
• Review contracts for accuracy and endorsements.
• Prepare certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and reviews.
• Maintain client relationships and retention for assigned accounts.
• Handle new and renewal submissions.
• Collaborate with team, and operate independently as needed.
• Process endorsements, placement requests, and invoicing.
• Check coverage on new business and renewals.
