Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 3+ years of client service/claims management experience.
• Preferred insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead renewal processes with accurate information gathering and tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely responses and high service standards.
• Provide consultative discussions to address client risk management needs and strategies.
• Conduct audits to ensure regulatory compliance and quality of service.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data using Gallagher's systems; support data-driven decisions.
• Mentor junior team members and manage multiple priorities to meet client expectations.
