Community Bank, N.A. is seeking an Insurance Client Advisor I to manage a book of commercial lines accounts with client service focus and coverage analysis. The role involves consulting with clients on insurance program needs and providing coverage recommendations.

Required are a High School Diploma, a Property/Casualty license, and three years of insurance experience, plus strong communication and organizational skills. 40 hours/week; compensation commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Three Years Insurance Experience Required.
• Customer Service Experience.
• Ability to use menu-driven software in addition to Word and Excel.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record.

Responsabilités

• Consult with clients regarding insurance program needs
• Proactively reach out to clients for ongoing engagement
• Rate and quote renewal Commercial Lines risks
• Screen, place, and approve Commercial Lines applications
• Maintain client files and make client contacts as needed
