Job summary

Frost Insurance Agency, part of Frost Bank, seeks a Commercial Lines Account Representative to review carrier policies, issue renewal summaries, and support Producers and Account Executives with accurate, timely service.

You will process policy changes, invoice clients, and deliver documents while maintaining compliant records and building strong client relationships grounded in integrity, care, and excellence.

Qualifications

• Texas General Lines Agent License: Property and Casualty or attainment within 90 days.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Review policies and policy changes from carriers for accuracy and completeness; flag discrepancies.
• Request and process policy alterations with carriers to fulfill client requests.
• Invoice and deliver policy documents to clients; maintain thorough records.
• Issue certificates of insurance and evidence of coverage on request.
• Follow up on billing notices and non-payments to minimize risk of defaults.
• Work with Account Managers to issue renewal summaries and applications for Producers.
• Assist with account remarketing by ordering Loss Runs to assess claim activity.
