We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our growing insurance agency. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing a book of commercial insurance business, providing exceptional service to our clients, and developing new business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a book of commercial insurance business, including renewals and new business
• Provide exceptional service to clients, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance on insurance products and coverage
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and underwriters
• Prepare and present insurance proposals and renewals to clients
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, changes in regulations, and market conditions
• Collaborate with co-workers to identify and pursue new business opportunities

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance agency management software
• Knowledge of insurance products, coverages, and underwriting guidelines
• Active state insurance license
