Job Description

Job Summary

As a Commercial Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our commercial insurance clients. Your focus will be on providing excellent customer service, advising clients on insurance products, and ensuring their needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for commercial insurance clients
• Understand client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
• Prepare and present insurance proposals and renewals
• Monitor and manage policy changes, endorsements, and claims
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling opportunities
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company procedures
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in the commercial insurance industry
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and policies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in using insurance industry software and MS Office
• Adept at problem-solving and decision-making
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License
• Bilingual fluency in English and one of the following languages is required: Russian, Ukrainian, or Romanian
  
  

Compensation Package

• Compensation: Between $55k-$70k (based on experience) + commission opportunities
