Responsibilities:

• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients and business owners
• Conduct needs analysis with clients to uncover coverage gaps
• Manage commercial client accounts, contribute to new business goals, and re-market policies
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
• Respond to inquiries regarding coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing efficiently
• Familiarize yourself with products, services, and systems
• Promote new business, cross-sell, and support agency initiatives to meet individual and agency goals

Requirements:

• Property and Casualty insurance license required
• Experience with Commercial Lines Insurance
• Experience working with multiple carriers
• Pass background check
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Operational computing skills; typing 45+ WPM (Microsoft Office, Internet Browsers)
• Self-starter who works well independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Experience with Applied EPIC management system
