Responsibilities:

• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients and business owners
• Conduct needs analysis with each client to uncover coverage gaps
• Manage commercial client accounts, contribute to new business goals, and re-market commercial policies
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service
• Respond efficiently to inquiries regarding coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing
• Familiarize yourself with products, services, and systems
• Promote new business, cross-sell, and support new initiatives to contribute to individual and agency success

Requirements:

• Property and Casualty insurance license required
• Experience with Commercial Lines Insurance
• Experience with multiple carriers
• Pass a background check
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Good operational computing skills; typing 45+ WPM (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Browsers)
• Confident self-starter who works well independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multi-task
• Experience with AMS 360 management system
