Job Responsibilities

As a Client Account Executive on the commercial lines team, you will:

• Support Producers with expertise, technical details, and client service
• Maintain knowledge of coverages, carrier guidelines, underwriting, and legislative changes
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and carrier representatives
• Exercise independent judgment in client coverage analysis and recommendations
• Develop relationships with carriers and market accounts, especially smaller or less complex ones

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Five years of relevant commercial insurance experience
• Property and casualty insurance license
• Strong client relationship skills, communication, and service orientation
• Leadership skills to guide and motivate team members
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel occasionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree
• Certifications or designations
• Experience with Requests for Proposal
