• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide admin and customer service support to the account team and producers.

• Manage smaller accounts or those with less complexity.
• Support policy administration, billing, claims, and renewals.
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy.
• Assist in reviewing contracts for proper coverages.
