Trilliant Food & Nutrition is seeking a motivated Category Manager in Little Chute, WI to drive category strategies, growth, and profitability. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, commercialization, and R&D to translate data into actionable initiatives.

The role involves developing category plans, analyzing data, uncovering market insights, supporting retailer partnerships, and shaping pricing and promotions to optimize assortments and shareholder value.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in category management, retail analytics, or a related role within the CPG industry.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proficiency with data analysis tools and Microsoft Office; Power BI a plus.

Mansioni

Assist in developing and executing category plans that align with business objectives.
Utilize data analytics to prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports and customer deliverables.
Identify market trends and consumer insights to inform assortment, pricing, and promotions.
Support retailer collaboration, build customer decks, and present updates for accounts as needed.
Monitor competitive pricing and promotional performance and advise on actions.
Partner with supply chain to provide inputs for volume forecasts and demand planning.
Prepare category and competitive data summaries for internal teams and partners.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align category strategies and execution plans.
