Leslie's is seeking a Commercial Inside Sales Representative to drive growth for the Commercial Service Center. You will deliver exceptional customer service, develop strong relationships, and support sales initiatives by providing product knowledge, order support, and coordination with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

The role emphasizes building relationships with commercial customers, identifying opportunities within accounts, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales, customer service, or account support is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to respond effectively to inquiries and service needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced sales and operations environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal systems.
• Industry knowledge, particularly in pool care, is helpful but not required.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers through consistent communication and service support.
• Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, providing product knowledge, order assistance, and solutions to support customer needs.
• Support sales growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts and collaborating with Pro Account Executives and CSC leadership.
• Salesforce case maintenance, including, but not limited to, leads, account data management, queue management.
• Coordinate and facilitate accurate order processing and fulfillment to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Partner with operations and warehouse teams to support timely product preparation and delivery.
• Maintain a strong understanding of company products, systems, policies, and procedures to effectively support customers and internal partners.
• Contribute to overall CSC performance by supporting sales, service, and operational objectives.
• Participate in required training, safety initiatives, and compliance programs.
